I have a genuine passion for coaching people. I am a full time Certified Health Coach and love it. In fact, I find that when I'm not coaching someone on the Habits of Health, I'm coaching skiing or soccer depending on the season :-) Most of my Clients have tried several ways to lose weight and get healthy, sometimes dozens of different diets and plans. They've been discouraged, to say the least. It's understandable that you might think that nothing is going to work for you, that your excess weight and health problems are hopeless.
